Hi, I'm Casey!
I started Whimsikids a few years ago out of the desire to create a safe space for kiddos of all backgrounds and abilities to be able to create & experiment with materials that are readily available to them. The goal was to make crafting more available to all kids so that it wasn't just a privilege.
I firmly believe that it's our God-given right to create! After all, it has been proven over and over that the act of creating releases the "feel good" endorphins in our brains, causing less stress and more happiness! Imagine what it does when you add a supportive parent or grandparent to that mix! MAGIC!
